Ingredients
Our Lip Balms contain only a handful of natural and organic ingredients. This includes sustainably Sourced Bees Wax, Coconut Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, Jojoba Oil & Flavouring (if a flavoured balm was chosen).

Are our products made by hand?
Yes! We order in all of our ingredients from a local Australian supplier, then we formulate every product fresh when an order is placed. We source some of our packaging from China, however all ingredients and formulas are Australian made.
Can I choose my own scents/flavours?
Yes of course! We offer many different fragrances or flavours for you to choose from. Simply select from one of the options above when adding to cart, or you can let us know if you need a custom order via email - info@nailcollective.com.au
Shipping
Fast shipping
For Australian orders, we use Australia Post. Standard postage can be anywhere from 3-7 business days. Express postage will usually be within 1-3 days for non-rural locations.
International shipping will vary based on your country. However, we're finding USA, Canada and UK are usually between 2-3 weeks.
Order tracking
Every order will be provided a tracking number where you can view the full journey of your parcel. You will also receive email notifications from us when your parcel is in transit and when it arrives.
