Shipping Policy
We try to cover as much of the shipping as possible for our customers! We only on-charge a small portion of the actual shipping cost and offer free shipping for all orders over a certain value.
Shipping Methods: We offer two shipping methods for domestic orders within Australia:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days from the postage date. Please note that delivery to rural locations may take an additional 1-2 days.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days from the postage date. Delivery to rural locations may take 1-2 days longer.
For international orders, we provide standard shipping with estimated delivery times varying based on the destination country. The average wait time is anywhere between 2-3 weeks, with some packages a little longer if the location is harder to reach.
Order Processing Time: We aim to process orders within 24 hours on weekdays (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Please note that express shipping does not mean express handling. Most orders are sent within 24 hours, however, on some occasions throughout the year, for example, when there is a public holiday, we may need some additional time to process all orders.
Order Tracking: All orders come with tracking numbers provided by Australia Post. Customers can track their orders by visiting the Australia Post website and entering the provided tracking number.
Shipping Updates and Notifications: Shipping updates and notifications are provided by Australia Post. Customers will receive order confirmation emails and shipping confirmation emails with tracking information. If you need any assistance with tracking your order, our customer support team is always ready to help.
Returns and Refunds: Our returns and refunds policy outlines the process for returning products. Please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy for detailed information on eligibility, procedures, and conditions.
Customs and Import Fees (for International Shipping): For international orders, please be aware that your country's customs or import laws may result in fees or taxes upon delivery. This is usually the case for larger orders over $1,000 in value (this varies per country). These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping charges.
