Frequent Questions
How long until I receive my products?
For the complete done for you package, including the label design and printing service, you'll usually receive your products after 1-2 weeks - depending if you need revisions on your label before confirming the printing.
How does shipping / postage work?
For Australian orders, we use Australia Post. Standard postage can be anywhere from 3-7 business days. Express postage will usually be within 1-3 days for non-rural locations.
International shipping will vary based on your country. However, we're finding USA, Canada and UK are usually between 2-3 weeks.
Can I make changes to my labels before printing?
Yes of course! Once we design your labels, we will email them for your review and feedback. If you require any small changes they will be included for no additional cost!
Are the designs mine forever?
Yes most definitely! Once we design your labels, you can re-use them as much as you’d like and never have to pay for them to be designed again!
In future if you require more labels to be printed, simply get in touch with us and we can provide a quote to have them printed
Can I re-print more labels later?
Yes you can! We do offer printing by itself, for a minimum of 100 labels per applicator/design.
I we have designed and print your labels in the past, we can do another re-print for you for a once-off printing cost.
Is the design fee once off?
Yes of course! You only need to pay for the design of your labels once. Then they are yours forever and we also save them in our archives for any future re-printing or editing.
